Alessandra "Sandy" Reynolds is a minor posthumous character in the Doctor Sleep novel and its film adaptation. She was a former teacher assistant.

Doctor Sleep (book)[]
Sandy had an affair with Jack Torrance while she was his teaching assistant. After he was fired, she learns she was pregnant and gave birth to her daughter Lucy. She later died in a car crash, after which her daughter was raised by her grandmother, Concetta Reynolds.
